The Woman Behind the Method
Donna Maneva has spent more than 20 years working with the face, not as a surface to be treated, but as a living structure shaped by posture, breathing, emotion and time.
She built her practice from the inside out. A deep study of functional anatomy, fascial behaviour, lymphatic pathways and skin biology underpins everything she does. Practising from Harley Street in London’s medical district, she drew clients seeking results they hadn’t found elsewhere - people who had tried everything and needed something genuinely different.
Over those two decades, Donna developed a clinical conviction that most facial treatments never reach: the face does not change in isolation. It changes when the whole system like neck, scalp, fascia, nervous system, all is addressed as one. That became the foundation of DOMA Ritual Lift.
The Journey That Changed Everything
In 2022, Donna was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a year of treatment, her body healed but the experience revealed something she couldn’t leave unanswered. True healing, she understood, is not only physical. It is emotional, energetic and profoundly personal.
She returned to Thailand, a country she had long felt connected to. There, she studied with masters in the ancient traditions of Thai medical massage, a system in which the body is understood through energy, movement and life force. She arrived with two intentions: to heal her emotional world, and to find a truly transformative approach to face sculpting.
She found both.
During this journey she encountered Amatarot - a rare therapeutic method developed by a Buddhist monk, designed to work within fascia, nerves and structural pathways, creating space where the body has become restricted. At the same time, she deepened her study of sound healing, exploring how vibration unlocks release at a level that hands alone cannot reach.
This was the moment everything came together: twenty years of clinical expertise, the depth of Amatarot, the intelligence of sound, and the wisdom of ancient Thai medicine got integrated into one method.

Do I need a specific qualification to attend?
This course is designed for therapists with a minimum Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy, massage or a related holistic discipline, or equivalent professional experience. If you are unsure whether your background qualifies, contact us before booking. We are happy to advise.
What does CPD accreditation mean in practice?
CPD accreditation confirms that this training meets recognised professional development standards. It supports your ability to obtain or update professional insurance for facial sculpting treatments and counts toward continued professional registration requirements in the beauty and wellness industry.
Can Itreat clients immediately after completing the training?
Yes. The course is structured so that you leave with a complete, practisable treatment protocol and the confidence to deliver it. We recommend completing two to three practice sessions in the first week to build fluency before charging full rates.
What equipment do I need after training?
The DOMA Amatarot treatment tool is included in your course materials. The Night Elixir is also included. For ongoing practice you will need Himalayan singing bowls. Guidance on recommended suppliers is provided during the training.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the course fee. The training takes place at Harley Street, Marylebone, London. We are happy to recommend nearby hotels and accommodation options on request.

Will I have support after the training?

Can Donna come to our salon or spa to train our team on-site?
Yes. Donna travels to your premises to deliver DOMA Ritual Lift training directly in your own treatment space. This option is available for one therapist or a group of two, making it a practical and personal way to introduce the method into your business without disrupting your team's schedule or requiring anyone to travel.
Training in your own environment means your therapists learn the method in the exact space where they will deliver it, which builds confidence and readiness from the very first session.
On-site training is offered at a preferential negotiated rate. We understand that bringing training into your business is a different kind of investment to booking individual places on an open cohort, and we price it accordingly.
