Facial Reading
Every session begins with a careful analysis of your face: the patterns of tension it holds, where lymphatic flow has slowed, and what the structure is telling us before a single technique begins.
Opening the Wind Gates
The wind gates of the neck and occiput are opened first, releasing the
pathways that allow the whole face to respond. What happens here
determines everything that follows.
Lymphatic Drainage
Before any sculpting begins, targeted lymphatic sequences clear
accumulated fluid, reduce puffiness and prepare the tissues to receive
the work. The result is visible from this stage alone.
Deep Sculpting
Working into the deep muscles of the lower and upper face with
Amatarot-informed fascial release, Donna lifts, contours and restores
definition in a way that no surface massage can replicate.
Sound Integration
Himalayan singing bowls bring the body into parasympathetic calm. The

Will I see results after just one session?
Yes. The structural and lymphatic work produces visible results from the very first session. Clients typically notice reduced puffiness, lifted contours, softer expression lines and a brighter complexion before they leave the room. For deeper, longer-lasting change, a course of treatments allows the fascia to progressively release and the results to compound over time.
Is there any downtime or recovery?
None at all. There are no needles, no devices and no intervention of any kind that requires recovery. You can return to your day immediately after the session. Some clients notice a pleasant warmth and heightened glow in the hours that follow, which is simply the result of improved circulation and lymphatic flow. We do recommend drinking plenty of water after your session to support the lymphatic drainage work.
How often should I have the treatment?
For first-time clients, we recommend a course of three sessions spaced two to three weeks apart to allow the fascia to progressively open and the structural results to establish fully. After that, many clients return once a month as a regular ritual reset. The treatment works cumulatively: each session deepens what the previous one started, and clients who return regularly find the results last longer and improve with time.
What should I do to prepare?
Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup. Beyond that, there is nothing to do or avoid. You do not need to change your skincare routine beforehand, restrict your diet or follow any special protocol. The only preparation worth making is mental: give yourself permission to arrive without an agenda and simply receive the experience.
What products are used during the treatment?
The DOMA Night Elixir is used throughout the session. Formulated by Donna herself, it is designed specifically to work in tandem with the manual techniques, supporting fascial glide, enhancing circulation and amplifying the luminosity of the skin. It is the same award-winning elixir available in the DOMA Cosmetics range, and many clients choose to continue using it at home after their treatment to extend its effects.
